Manoj is an extremely helpful person. He maintains the property excellently. While they are not fancy rooms, they are extremely clean and well maintained. It's also extremely central to walk around the town. Highly recommend when in Bir.

Manoj homestay is a great place to stay, conveniently located not far from the landing zone, if you're a paraglider and close to shops, cafes and monasteries. I spent three weeks there and I highly recommend it. Manoj and the family are very helpful and can organise taxi service and other things for you. The rooms are comfortable and some of them have a kitchen. A bit noisy during the day on peak hours but quiet at night. Thank you Manoj.

Manoj is a good host who keeps his property well. Clean rooms and conveniently structured. Centrally located and is near by to shops, restaurants etc. The property is also about a 10 minute walk from the Landing site, convenient place to stay for pilots.

The property is located in the Tibet market area on the main road to Bir landing site. Easily walkable to Bir landing site, Deer Park institute, Chokling monastery and of course the market area. If you take a walk across this property up towards Zostel the views of mountain are splendid. Now, the rooms are well kept and great value for money for solo travellers who do not want to stay in hostel and for couples as well. Few rooms are facing the road and can get bit noisy due to traffic outside but on the positive side these rooms have the view of mountain from where we could witness paragliding all through to landing. So I was happy completely with that hustle and bustle of street. Another advantage is unlike hostels which are bit away from this market and need to rent a scooter to access eateries and sunsets at landing site, this place is conveniently located within 5-10 mins walk to most of main attractions. The owner Mr. Manoj was also very polite towards arranging cab upon request and answering our queries. Thumbs up from me.

Manoj's home stay is my preferred place to stay at bir. Manoj is a very sweet person he attends to you well during the day. Best part of the say is its very close to the landing site and from the stay its a breath taking view. Please do experience the stay if you are the bir

Amazing view from room and great host had a very good experience. Manoj helped us with everything from booking cabs scooty and guiding us to various places. Would definitely recommend the stay. Perfect location nearby to market and easy access to cafes .

Had an amazing stay at this cozy homestay located in the Bir colony market. The location is perfect as it's just a short walk to the landing site. The owner, Manoj, was incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for paragliding training, and a long, comfortable and convenient stay in Bir.

If you are a couple or not a large group then look no where to stay , simply book Manoj Homestays..the view you get from the room is quite magnificent and also the cleanliness of the room was top notch. We were able to get all the help quickly from Manoj and best part was even when our bus arrived early before check in time, he was able to provide room to get freshen up and later on we moved back to our room. You will get all the necessary facilities and the location is great , everything from this place is at walkable distance.
